  Such a responsive and professional host. Check in was effortless. Building is very new and well located . For tourists and shoppers it is located in the heart of everything! The apartment is perfect for couples or groups of travelers. The kitchen dishwasher and all appliances are excellent. I had breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen but The cafe “Republic" at the corner became my second living room.

  Apartment was great because it was clean, everything worked, Kitchen was fully equipped, grocery stores were nearby, the building was new and had CCTV cameras all around, it was Central, quiet and close to tourist destinations in Tbilisi, and most importantly the host communicated promptly and kindly. I would definitely rent the apartment !

  Everything that you need is within very short walking distance. If you absolutely need breakfast as part of your accommodation package, book a hotel. If not, book this apartment. It has all of the amenities that you would need for both short and long stays.

  The place is beautiful and the host is a pleasure to work with! He made the entire experience easy and it added so much to my overall experience in Tbilisi. This particular neighborhood was perfect: close to the metro & amenities (markets, shopping malls and other central tourist sights), but also very close to some of the best restaurant of the city ( Restaurant funicular). Which is located at the top of the mountain with very delicious traditional food and the amazing view of Tbilisi city.the apartment size is pretty good! The host always responded very fast to our requests. Excellent stay, exceeded all our expectations, recommended, it worth it 100%
