  Very nice and helpful owner, always present and ready to help. Very clean outdoor swimming pool is such a joy on a hot Tbilissi summer day. Homemade breakfast feels like you are invited to a Georgian mother's home. There is a place to park your car inside the gated yard, kids can run around safely on the grass.

  we loved the lady who owns te place. Breakfast was nice, though don't expect a luxoriuos hotel breakfast. the room was spacious however it lacked some facilities (kettle.
  The neighboroud is not that nice, safe but old and not clean. 15 minutes drive form the centre .

  It is a family run pension with very friendly, open minded and flexible owners. The pension itself is well located between the airport and Tiflis city. Parking is availabe in or outside which made is a very good location before flying bying home the. We have had a great time with them and neighbouring friends too in the garden area, lot of of good disussion, drinks and food and food. Nice pool and spacious, well equipped rooms. Big Supermarket is just a around the corner. By Taxi / Bold ~10min to the old city.

  Прекрасное отношение к гостям.
  Хозяин даже угостил вином, позволил заехать на территорию на автомобиле, не брал доп. плату за собаку. Номера очень чистые, организовано все на высшем уровне, как в хорошем отеле, при этом все по душевному и с желанием сделать максимально комфортно для гостей. На территории есть чистый бассейн, лежаки, супер ухоженная территория. Завтрак за небольшую плату на двоих накрыли как на четверых, всё очень вкусное и свежее. Хозяин и хозяйка прекрасные! Рекомендую!

  Ontzettend vriendelijke familie die dit prachtige landhuis runt. We voelden ons enorm welkom bij de ontvangst met een drankje en zelfs heerlijke watermeloen. Onze 18 jarige zoon heeft genoten van het zwembad en relaxen op onze laatste vakantiedag in de tuin.

  Этот отель однозначно 10 из 10, за свою поездку мы были в 5 отелях грузии в разных городах и этот оказался самым лучшим по соотношению цена-качество. Номера просто огромные с высокими потолками, кровать большая кинг сайз, чистейшее белье, зубные щетки, гель-шампунь, фен, большой шкаф и туалетный столик, балконы просторные с высокими арками, холодильник в номере и хороший кондиционер. Гладильная доска и утюг на первом этаже в общей зоне. Во дворе просто глаза радуются зелени, обилию фруктовых деревьев, цветов, пальм и кустарников, шикарный просторный бассейн с чистейшей водой. А маленький бассейн с двумя шустрыми черепашками и одной ласковой кошкой – это особая радость для моей дочки, она с ними не расставалась. У нас были завтраки, их накрывают специально ко времени, которое согласовали с нами с вечера. Хозяева замечательные люди, очень вниммательные и участливые. Парковка общественная есть возле двора (улица не оживленная), а также во дворе можно припарковаться, что мы и сделали. Недалеко от гостевого дома есть ресторан "Дом хинкали", очень рекомендую, вкусная еда с большими порциями по приемлемым ценам (советую попробовать мадам бовари, картофель на кеци) ездили на яндекс такси за 3 лари.

  Очень шикарный и чистый номер, ванная комната большая, 2 балкона, суперский бассейн. И, что важно, очень доброжелательные и гостеприимные хозяева. Ещё красивая и ухоженная территория, есть своя парковка, рядом круглосуточный магазин.
