  This is a nice two-level apartment in a brick tower close to the Parliament and Government of Georgia. It is modern, and yet located VERY close to Tbilisi's fabled Old City, its quirky and fashionable Mtatsminda district. You are close to a lot of good restaurants, the city's best theatres, the national gallery, and also the Funicular that takes you to Mtatsminda park at the top of the mountain. Extensive public transportation is a short walk away and a taxi is easy to get too.

  Великі і чисті апартаменти. Дивовижний вид з вікон. Є всі зручності, кондиціонери, фен, кухня достатня для приготування їжі.

• Διαμονή κοντά στο κέντρο – Aspasia from Greece – July 4, 2024 (9/10)

  Είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι με 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες ,σαλόνι, κουζίνα και 2μπάνια. Το σπίτι σε δύο πατώματα, είναι καθαρό με πολλά παράθυρα. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο πίσω από το κοινοβούλιο. Τα έπιπλα είναι παλιά ταλαιπωρημένα καθώς και τα κρεβάτια.
  Στα μπάνια δεν είχε ούτε σαπούνι. Παλιά πρέπει να ήταν πολύ ωραίο σπίτι. Χρειάζεται μια ανακαίνιση.
  
  What could be improved: Η διεύθυνση δεν ήταν ακριβής και μας ταλαιπώρησε με τα ταξί.

  The location of the apartment is superb 👌🏻 just two steps from Rustaveli av., Galeria mall and not far from the Old city. Not a sharp decline of the road to the building, fantastic views, very cosy and comfortable living room area, we had breakfast and dinners there, feeling like really at home
  
  What could be improved: Well, the beds were not so much comfortable: one is too hard, another two are too soft and sagging, one bed out of four was absolutely comfy, that's the only point to improve in my opinion
