  You could not find a better location in Tbilisi. Apartment is right next to the Parliament of Georgia:) It is very easy to walk everywhere. But still very quiet at nighttime. Host was very helpful and even was flexible with our check in and check out based on our travel times. Everything you could need and more included in the apartment! The Transfer service worked great for us, even though we didn't know where to buy products or exchange the money. The driver turned out to be our savior, he helped us with all that. Place was well decorated and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again, really perfect.

  A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Perfectly decorated. A great surprise was the good bottle of Khvanchkara, so everything was ready for a good Georgian Breakfast! The host is a good, careful person and accessible any time. We really enjoyed the stay, and we hope for next time!

  The place is simply impeccable! fully equipped and very cozy. Host was outstanding person. The apartment felt home right away. it is located in the best part of central Tbilisi. surrounded with cute coffee shops, good restaurants, super markets and local shops.   We spent two days in this apartment and loved every minute. It was very quiet but so close to many nice restaurants right in the few steps away. Everyday to walk out, neighbourhood was literally surrounded with tourist attractions, we found sights and landmarks in every direction from our building within walkable distance. Our host was most attentive and helpful, always there for us and the place was clean, comfortable and what I liked the most was fully equipped kitchen, because I'm a chef and I love to cook by myself. We are already thinking about coming back!

  This place is perfect. Host was amazing. He suggested all of the cool places to see and how to get there. It’s a very clean and quiet place, even thought is in the center of the city. Apartment itself is fully equipped, we found kitchen facilities, soap, shower gel and shampoo in the apartment (all of them were high quality) which was a very nice touch. Book it. You will not be disappointed.
