  Мы жили в этой квартире 5 дней в октябре. Остались очень довольны. Прекрасное местоположение. Квартира находится в самом центре Тбилиси, но в небольшом дворике, поэтому шума улицы совсем не слышно. Спали прекрасно. Удобная кровать. Рядом очень хорошие и недорогие рестораны, есть много небольших магазинов, где даже поздно вечером можно что-то купить. Рядом парки, речка, все театры в шаговой доступности, как и метро. Отличный интернет. Комната большая. Хозяева очень приветливые. Мы были там как раз на праздник Тбилисоба. После множества праздничных мероприятий среди дня хотелось чуть-чуть отдохнуть, поэтому дополнительным бонусом было именно расположение квартиры, куда мы пешком добирались, а потом опять шли гулять. А вечером нас Илья ещё и шашлыком угостил! Вкусно! Всем рекомендую. Соотношение цена-качество: на отлично
