  Быстрое заселение. Удобное месторасположение аппартоментов. 5 мин пешком до метро Авлабари. Рядом есть небольшой парк. В доме есть магазин. Остановится на пару ночей – то, что нужно. Окна выходят на несолнечную сторону, поэтому в квартире не жарко. Рекомендую.

  Полное соответствие фото. Комфортное, чистое, уютное место!!! Все в шаговой доступности: магазины, кафе, достопримечательности, обмен валюты. Все необходимое для проживания: утюг, фен, стиральная машина, кухонная зона. Вид из окна – просто сказка. Парковка во дворе. Дистанционное заселение, что очень удобно! Ооочень дружелюбная и отзывчивая хозяйка Кети всегда на связи и оперативно решает вопросы! Теперь если Тбилиси, то только сюда!!!!

  Хорошая чистая квартира. Рядом район старого Тбилиси. За окном футбольное поле, на котором по вечерам собираются и играют, но после 23-х часов все потиху расходятся и все страсти затихают.

  Great small studio apartment, with everything you need for a long stay, there is even a washing machine powder! Excellent view from the window and the most convenient independent check-in with the key in the key box.
  Stayed for a week, everything was great. Internet speed is about 15-20 Mb according to speedtest, which is quite acceptable for comfortable work.
