Sameba luxury, Golden View Overview
I stayed at the Sameba luxury, Golden View in Tbilisi—the kind of place that feels like a hidden gem tucked into the city’s buzzing heart. The hotel sits on 3 Niabi I Turn, just a stone’s throw from the bustling Rustaveli Avenue and the historic Sioni Cathedral. You can hear the distant bells from the cathedral, and a faint scent of roasted chestnuts drifting from a street vendor on the corner of Gorgasali and Avlabari. The lobby has a warm, low‑key vibe; the walls are painted in muted greens that make you feel like you’re in a quiet garden rather than a downtown hotel.
Check‑in was surprisingly breezy. The front desk staff—two young locals with bright smiles—handed me a key card and handed me a small booklet of local tips. I mean, they were super friendly, and the whole process was under three minutes, which is rare in a city where the hotel staff sometimes gets lost in paperwork. Parking is a plus: they have a little garage just behind the building, and the attendants help you with the keys. If you’re driving, just pull into the back lot, and there’s a flat rate for the night, no surprise fees. Noise-wise, the city is alive, but the hotel’s windows are double‑glazed, so the only sounds you hear at night are the occasional clatter from a neighboring apartment and the soft hum of the building’s HVAC system. The rooms are a bit smaller than I expected for a four‑star place, but the bed is plush, and the linens are crisp—like a fresh sheet of cotton after a hot shower.
The breakfast area is a real treat. They serve a local twist on a typical continental spread, but the star is the freshly brewed Georgian coffee—rich, with a hint of cardamom—served in this tiny porcelain cup that feels heavy in your hand. The pastries are flaky, and there’s a small corner where a local baker brings in fresh bread each morning. I noticed a small banner advertising the opening of a new café, “Café Sioni,” just a block away, and you can hear the clink of mugs and the chatter of locals sipping their coffee. If you’re a foodie, you’ll love the hotel’s on‑site restaurant, which mainly serves Georgian classics like khachapuri and khinkali; the portion sizes are generous, and the staff will recommend a local wine that pairs perfectly with the dish—but watch out for the wait during peak dinner hours, as the place gets packed by 7 p.m.
A little side note: the hotel’s rooftop terrace is a hidden oasis. In the evenings, the view of the city skyline—especially when the towers light up—makes for a perfect sunset backdrop. The terrace has a few lounge chairs and a small bar, and the staff brings a pitcher of chilled Georgian rosé for you and your friends. It’s a bit pricey, but honestly, the experience is worth it. I was there during the summer, and it was hot, but the terrace is shaded by a pergola, and the breeze from the Kura River keeps you cool. During the quieter winter months, the spot is magical with the scent of pine and the faint glow of streetlights. I’d recommend checking the weather forecast before planning your rooftop time—especially if you’re a light sleeper, as the city noise can seep through the windows after midnight.
All in all, Sameba luxury, Golden View feels like a cozy home base in a city that’s buzzing with history and culture. The staff are genuinely helpful, the location is central yet not too noisy, and the little touches—like the coffee, the rooftop view, and the local recommendations—make it feel

What could be improved: NothingMy recent stay at Sameba Luxury, Golden View, was a delightful experience. – Mghaida from Qatar – June 30, 2024 (9/10)
The apartment itself was lovely – clean, comfortable, and quiet. It provided a perfect place for relaxation after exploring Tbilisi. But what truly elevated my stay was the exceptional hospitality of Irma, the owner.
Irma was incredibly helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Keep Smiling – Jasper from United Arab Emirates – April 6, 2024 (10/10)
We had an excellent stay. Spectacular view from our balcony, place is perfect for families. Quiet neighbourhood, comfortable beds and very clean. We were received with a very warm welcome, very helpful and nice the whole time. The area is just few minutes ride from the main city attractions. Overall this place is Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

The view of this place from the balcony, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen stuffs are very useful especially if you are travelling with a baby. This hotel apartment is suitable for a family
What could be improved: There is no bidet in the washroom. That's allPerfect appartment with all utilities you need – Svilen from Canada – January 1, 2024 (10/10)
The app (condo) is so well placed. You have easy access to everything. The owners are wonderful, they guided us 24/24 in order to have the best cuisine (restos), best sightseeings and best possible way to enjoy discovering Georgia. Without them, it wouldn’t have been possible to see so many things.
What could be improved: Nothing.Exceptional – Anastasia from Poland – July 17, 2023 (10/10)
The apartment was better than on the photos, very nice and comfortable

What could be improved: Nothingit was a very nice experience. definitely coming back when its winter – Gonowon from United Arab Emirates – June 15, 2023 (10/10)
the apartment is so beautiful, what you see in the picture is what you get. its very big, good for family also. the balcony view is amazing.
miss irma the owner is very accommodating and very kind. if you need anything just message her and she will help you. miss loretta the care taker is very nice also, its just that she dont speak english.
amazing apartment and amazing staff
What could be improved: the only problem is that the whole building doesnt have an elevator so we are staying on 4th floor and only with the stairs. if you have someone who’s having hard time with stairs then its a little problem.
the washroom doesnt have toiletries like shampoo, toothbrush etc.
Aircondition in both the room and living room is not getting cold despite putting 16 degrees and setting it on max.I definitely recommend it – Anastasia from Russia – January 9, 2023 (10/10)
Kind and lovely hostess, quickly helped with any of our problems (add heating and more). We received a bottle of champagne as a gift for the new year, it was insanely pleasant. The apartment is very nice and clean
Very Good – Kamachri from United Kingdom – October 20, 2022 (8/10)
The apartment is in a newly built house, the furniture and the electric devices are new, the kitchen is well equipped. The 2 bedrooms are located in different sides of the apartment, this provides good sound isolation (good if you are working or have a kid).
The view from the balcony is very nice.
What could be improved: Unfortunately the location is not convenient, it is far away from the city center and the main attractions. There are only small grocery shops, not many restaurants in the area, you have to walk at least 15-20 minutes. The location is on a hill.
Overall, we would recommend to stay at this apartment if you have /rent a car and want a nice apartment and don't mind to use the car daily.
