  Невероятные тактичные и гостеприимные хозяева. Квартира совершено чудесная. Очень удобная локация, рядом с метро и шаговой доступности в центр города. Рядом прекрасный парк Рике. Приятный бонус- по приезду нас ожидали напитки: минералка, лимонады и бутылочка вкуснейшего грузинского вина. На следующий день хозяева решили нас побаловать набором тортиков. Приятный сюрприз. Очень рекомендую данную локацию. Хотелось бы вернуться сюда вновь.

  Отличная квартира, большая, есть всё для комфортного проживания. Особенно хочется отметить, что в трёх спальнях есть три санузла, это очень удобно. Очень гостеприимная хозяйка. Ещё нельзя не отметить удобное местоположение, можно пешком дойти до центра Тбилиси, рядом с высоким берегом реки Куры, откуда открывается изумительный вид на город. Также в пешей доступности стеклянный мост Мира и фуникулёр. Около дома есть отличное кулинария, где можно вкусно поесть или взять с собой еду. Также здесь же есть два продовольственных магазина.

  Отличные апартаменты. Три отдельные спальни с душем-туалетом и балкончиком каждая.
  Очень чисто, кухня оборудована полностью.
  Расположение замечательное, все рядом. Магазины, метро, базарчик, кафешки, все в шаговой доступности. Хозяева замечательные .

  Отличный вариант для компании. Были в Тбилиси впервые и хотели пожить прямо в старом городе — тут всё рядом, от метро до кафешек и парков. Квартира очень просторная, три спальни — каждому было комфортно. Особенно понравились балконы с вечерним видом на город.

  Второй раз останавливаюсь тут — место очень удачное для прогулок по старому городу. В первый мой приезд хозяйка очень выручила: подсказала, как проще всего добраться из аэропорта, помогла с выбором такси и вообще очень тепло встретила. На этот раз уже знал, чего ждать — снова все на высоте. Квартира большая, светлая, три спальни, три санузла — идеально для компании друзей. Отдельный плюс — балконы в каждой спальне и просторный холл, где можно собраться вечером за вином. Район живой, рядом метро, круглосуточные магазины и аптеки — для нас это было важно. Хозяйке еще раз спасибо!

  Очень удобно три комнаты в каждой свай туалет и душ. общий салон и кухня.

  ３bedroom, toilets and shower in each room was wide, new and clean, location was easy to reach everywhere. Very cheap prices of shopping surrounding the area,
  shuttle service was very helpful.
  The staff were so sweet.
  The shuttle should be charged but when the owner knew that we misunderstood she made it free for us, the driver ( David ) was very nice and we really appreciate that.
  
  What could be improved: it was written that there was balcony ,but it was smaller than we expected.no elevator, the stairs were little bit difficult for old people when we have lot of suitscases up to 3rd floor, especially for long stay. Nothing else. Next time we will definitely choose it again.
