  Amazing location, just 5 minutes from Chavchavadze street. There are a lot of bars, coffee stations and grocery stores nearby, also carrefour and mcdonalds.
  New building, pretty lobby, no issues with electricity or water, heating system working pretty fine. We stayed here in winter, so that's an important point.
  Check in is simple and convinient
  The apartment is really large, all corresponds the photos. Lots of kitchen staff, even oven, we prefer cooking at home, so it was important for us. Washing machine with cleaners is also available.

  What could be improved: В номере были грязные полы, где-то попадались чужие волосы. Белоснежные носки через 5 минут стали черными. Все стены в номере испачканы в пятнах. Ужасный матрас в основной спальни, как поролон. Дополнительный раскладной диван тоже плохой. Спать на нем невозможно.

  everything was perfect, the apartment is located in the heart of Vake – most comfortable district in the city, with lots of cafes and restaurants, boutique shops etc. the apartment is clean and stylish, in the new building. the host was nice and stayed in touch. we are happy and will definitely come again and recommend this apartment to our friends and relatives
