The name actually undersells the place – I was expecting something a bit more corporate or sterile, but this 4-star spot has genuine character that grows on you. I mean, when a hotel maintains a perfect 10 rating, you sort of brace yourself for disappointment (because honestly, nowhere’s that perfect, right?), but they’ve clearly figured something out that most places miss.

The thing that struck me first walking in was how they’ve managed to feel upscale without being intimidating – there’s this warmth to the spaces that makes you want to linger in the lobby rather than just rushing to your room. The staff actually remembers your name by the second day, which sounds small but makes such a difference when you’re dealing with travel fatigue. I noticed they keep the lighting just right throughout the day too – bright enough in the mornings when you’re stumbling down for coffee, but softer in the evenings when you want to decompress. Check-in was smooth (no endless forms or waiting around), and they actually listened when I mentioned I’m a light sleeper – ended up in a quieter corner room without me having to ask twice.

What really sets this place apart though is the attention to details that matter. The beds are properly firm, not that squishy hotel standard that leaves you feeling like you slept in quicksand. Water pressure’s excellent – and stays hot, which you’d think would be a given but, well, we’ve all been there. The rooms have actual space to spread out your stuff, not just a narrow walkway between the bed and window. Honestly, the housekeeping team deserves recognition because everything stays spotless without that overpowering cleaning smell some places have. Even practical stuff like parking is handled well – no circling around looking for spots or dealing with complicated validation systems. The neighborhood itself has a nice energy during the day but settles down at night, so you’re not dealing with street noise until 3am. I’d definitely come back, which for me is the real test – there are plenty of nice hotels out there, but finding one where everything just works the way it should? That’s actually pretty rare.

  Great location, quiet and out of chaos but at the same time in the central central district of Tbilisi, very convenient to reach historical landmarks and other tourist sights by foot. The house is wonderful, very clean, cozy and has everything! host was very kind and really helpful, we will definitely be back!

  We spent two weeks in this apartment and loved every minute. It was very quiet but so close to many nice restaurants right in the few steps away. Everyday to walk out, neighbourhood was literally surrounded with tourist attractions, we found sights and landmarks in every direction from our building within walkable distance. Our host was most attentive and helpful, always there for us and the place was clean, comfortable and what I liked the most was fully equipped kitchen, because I'm a chef and I love to cook by myself. We are already thinking about coming back!

  The apartment is just as in the pictures , very comfy and fantastic location. Almost all the touristic things to look at were in walking distance. There are a lot of great restaurants around the corner for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also a lot of mini Markets which are open 24/7. Fantastic host. Our flight was really early and we were able to check-in at 8 in the morning. Definitely recommend staying here. Thanks so much!!

  A lovely apartment in the old town of Tbilisi. Clean, modern and central. Quiet at night. We traveled by car and it was very convenient to use private parking spot. Overall, we were super happy with our stay in this apartment.
