The location is genuinely exceptional — I mean, you’re literally on 26 Maisi Square, which puts you right in the pulse of one of Tbilisi’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Saburtalo has this great mix of local life and modern conveniences that I really appreciate. There’s a Metro station within walking distance, and honestly, you can reach Old Town in about 15 minutes by public transport. What I love is how you’re surrounded by cafes, shops, and that authentic Georgian street life, but you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds that sometimes overwhelm other parts of the city.

The Space

The room setup here is thoughtfully designed — it’s clear someone actually considered how travelers live and move through a space. The kitchen is fully equipped (which saved me a fortune on restaurant meals), and there’s enough counter space to actually cook if you want to try your hand at khachapuri. The sleeping area feels separate and private, even though it’s all one flowing space. I particularly appreciated the storage solutions — there are enough closets and drawers that I could actually unpack and settle in, rather than living out of a suitcase.

Practical Comforts

What really sets this place apart is how well everything works — the Wi-Fi is reliable, the heating responds quickly (important in Tbilisi winters), and the water pressure is consistently good. The building has secure entry, and while there isn’t dedicated parking on-site, street parking in this area is manageable if you have a car. The apartment stays surprisingly quiet considering you’re on a busy square — I think it’s the way the building is positioned and the quality of the windows.

  Предпочитаем всегда останавливаться в районе Сабуртало, где и находится квартира. Дом современный, с чистым подъездом и двумя лифтами. До метро около 100 м. Рядом супермаркет, закусочные, рестораны, остановки автобусов. Легко добраться в любой район Тбилиси. С балкона вид на Мтацминду. Есть всё для комфортного отдыха и приготовления еды. Очень гостеприимные, отзывчивые хозяева, встретили очень радушно.

  Great location, only 1 minute to the Technical University metro station. Amazing apartments, very cosy and comfortable, fully equipped, worth its price. Host is also very helpfull and kind, always in touch.

  Отличные апартаменты в пешей доступности от метро. Просторно и чисто, есть все необходимое. Администратор отвечала очень быстро на все вопросы.
  
  What could be improved: Рядом находится стоянка маршрутных такси, поэтому с открытыми окнами иногда бывает довольно шумно.
