It was a little noisy at first, with the traffic on the main artery and the chatter from the cafés across the street, but the sound of local radio and the distant clatter of a bakery’s ovens made it feel alive rather than intrusive. Check‑in was smooth – the staff sent me a keycard via email a day before arrival, and when I got there, they were quick, friendly, and already had a map of the neighborhood pinned on the fridge. You just had to show your ID, and you were good to go. Parking is a bit of a hunt, honestly; there’s a small garage behind the building, but it’s often full.   The apartment is large, clean, bright, has everything you need: dishes, linen, everything you need. A great big balcony where you can drink coffee in the morning. The hostess is absolutely wonderful, she met me at night, she was always ready to help! the area is very quiet, but everything is nearby, it takes about five minutes to walk to the metro. There is a pleasant landscaped area behind the house.

  We stayed in the apartment from October 24 to November 1, 2024, and were very satisfied. The hosts were wonderful—they met us and helped with our luggage. The apartment is huge, with two bedrooms and a very large living room, plus an excellent balcony-terrace. It was clean, and the apartment had everything we needed: bedding, towels, and all kitchen utensils. The location is excellent, close to a large shopping center, many small shops nearby, and Kazbegi Street with restaurants and walking areas.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside was the slow internet. Other than that, a big thank you to the hosts for their hospitality!

  Отличная просторная и чистая квартира. Разместились 6 человек, 3 взрослых и 3 детей. Вечером на огромной веранде можно было посидеть компанией и выпить вина. Месторасположение замечательное, рядом есть торговый центр с круглосуточным супермаркетом, пекарня с вкуснейшим горячим хлебом, метро и много разных магазинчиков. Приветливая хозяйка призентовала бутылку вкусного грузинского вина и потрясающие хачапури. Спасибо огромное, все очень понравилось!

  Чисто очень,есть все,как будто своя квартира в которой продумано все до мелочей,очень внимательные хозяева даже вышли встречать ночью на улицу потому что водитель заблудился.а кровати просто супер удобные,даже для моей больной спины…
  
  What could be improved: Скрипучий пол,несмотря на мой супер чуткий слух и то не испортил ни на секунду настроения,а скорее придал шарму всему отдыху)))

  それと朝5時くらいに違う部屋の方の怒鳴り声とドドアを思い切りノックされたこと。
  理由がわからなかったが怖かった。
