  Небольшая студия, для двух человек вполне достаточно. Все чисто, аккуратно. Все необходимое для проживания присутствовало. Представитель собственника всегда была на связи. Район тихий, ночью с открытым балконом посторонние звуки не беспокоили.

  Квартира очень красивая, уютная, чистая, светлая, много приятных мелочей в виде например халатов, тапочек, есть все необходимое для проживания.

  Плюсы:
  1 Бесконтактное заселение.
  2 Вид на горы. Тишина за окном.
  3 Много парковочных мест.
  4 Удобная кровать с матрасом.
  5 Декор со вкусом, современный интерьер.
  6 Добротные тарелки и красивые столовые приборы.
  7 Чистые полотенеца, постельное хлопковое, одноразовые тапочки, халаты(!), бумага в наличии, средства для посуды, мешки для мусора.
  
  What could be improved: Минусы:
  1 Клининг плох. На 3— из 5.
  2 Кондиционер холодом дует хорошо, но почему-то студию остужает долго и с трудом.
  3 Переодически звонко и одиночно трескает стена с TV (отделана пенопластом). С противоположной стеной такого нет. Особенно в ранние часы в 4-6 утра, так "стрельнет", что просыпаешься.
  4 Штанги не хватило. Для одежды на вешалках использовали имеющиеся крючки в коридоре. 6 комлектов одежды крючки не выдержали и вывалились из стены через 5 минут.
  5 В с/у фантастический смеситель, но умываться с ним тот ещё квест. Мешает наклониться к раковине.
  6 В идеале ещё бы ложку для обуви с длинной ручкой (из FLO например), чтобы не нагинаясь обуваться.
