The furnishings are sleek, but the wood paneling and the small, hand‑painted ceramic tiles give it that local vibe you only get if you’ve lived in the area. I stayed in the third‑floor suite, and the view of the city’s rooftops at sunset was a picture‑perfect moment—just the light turning the stone buildings a warm amber. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious for a city hotel, with a deep, free‑standing tub that had a subtle hint of lavender shampoo from a previous guest. If you’re into Wi‑Fi, the signal is solid, but the only downside is the noise from the street when the city’s nightlife starts—though that’s a minor quirk, and you can always pull the curtains.

Parking is actually a hidden gem; there’s a small, privately owned lot just next to the building where you can leave the car for the night, and the staff will even drop it off for you. It’s not free, but it’s cheaper than the larger public lots downtown. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast. The café on the ground floor offers a mix of local and international dishes—think Khachapuri with a generous dollop of cheese, and freshly baked banana bread that smells like your grandma’s kitchen. During the peak tourist season (late spring to early autumn), the place gets a bit crowded, but the staff keeps the lines moving smoothly. For those of you who prefer a quieter stay, the winter months are perfect; the city is hushed, and the only sounds are distant church bells and the occasional chatter of locals in Saingilo Street. Overall, I’d give this place a solid 9.7 out of 10—its personality and attention to detail make it a standout in the city.

  Hosts were great! They even arranged airport service for us with a good rate. It is a little bit far away from the city center but it takes 10 mins with taxi. And taxi is very cheap. We enjoyed a lot!

  The villa itself is absolutely stunning. Spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, it exceeded all expectations. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Our host, Tatia was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.

  The entire villa was spotlessly clean! It is huge and complete with everything you’ll ever need. perfect stay for family and friends! The host Ms Tati and her family were very accomodating and made sure we will have a very comfortable stay and even gave us a home made georgian wine. Thank you very much.
