Marjanishvili Luxe Stay 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Marjanishvili Luxe Stay 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths on Gia Tetelashvili Street, you immediately get the sense this isn’t your typical hotel experience. It’s actually more like staying in a friend’s beautifully appointed apartment — if your friend happened to have impeccable taste and a prime spot in one of Tbilisi’s most authentic neighborhoods. The building itself has that classic Georgian charm, and honestly, the moment you step inside, you realize why this four-star property consistently earns such high marks from guests.
The Chugureti Advantage
Here’s what I love about this location — you’re right in Chugureti, which means you get to experience real Tbilisi life without sacrificing comfort. The Marjanishvili Metro station is practically around the corner, so getting anywhere in the city is effortless. But you know what’s even better? You can walk to the old town in about fifteen minutes, passing through neighborhoods where locals actually live and work. I mean, there’s something special about grabbing your morning coffee from a corner café where the barista recognizes regulars, rather than being stuck in some touristy bubble.
Space That Actually Works
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom setup is honestly perfect for couples who want space to spread out — and I can see why couples rate this place so highly. You’re not cramped into a standard hotel room where your suitcase becomes a permanent floor fixture. The bedrooms are genuinely comfortable, and having two full bathrooms means no morning routine conflicts (trust me, this matters more than you think). The living areas feel lived-in rather than sterile, with thoughtful touches that make you want to actually spend time there instead of just crashing between sightseeing sessions.
Local Life at Your Doorstep
What really sets this place apart is how it connects you to authentic Tbilisi. Step outside and you’ll find family-run restaurants serving khachapuri that locals queue for, small markets where vendors still weigh produce by hand, and tree-lined streets perfect for evening strolls. The neighborhood has this wonderful mix of old Georgian architecture and contemporary life — you’ll see grandmothers selling herbs from their gardens right next to young professionals heading to trendy wine bars. It’s the kind of area where you start to feel like a temporary resident rather than just another tourist passing through.
Why Guests Love It
The combination of space, location, and that residential feel creates something pretty special here at Marjanishvili Luxe Stay 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. Recent guests consistently highlight the location, and after spending time in this neighborhood, I completely understand why. You get the best of both worlds — easy access to Tbilisi’s main attractions while staying somewhere that feels genuinely connected to the city’s daily rhythm. Plus, there’s something refreshing about having a proper apartment-style base where you can cook a meal if you want, spread out your maps and guidebooks, or just enjoy a quiet evening without hotel corridor noise.

This apartment is really big: three bedrooms, a huge hall combined with a kitchen, and two bathrooms. A wonderful view from the window. There are metro stations, theaters, shops nearby, it was easy to get there. The owner is polite, communicative. I recommend it for this price
What could be improved: Furniture was a little bit old, but it’s ok
