This place actually surprised me in the best way possible, and that 9-point rating isn’t just some inflated number – it’s genuinely earned.

The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about this place. I mean, you can tell when a hotel is just going through the motions versus when there’s real attention to detail, and Villa Anna falls squarely in the latter category. The lobby has this warm, lived-in elegance – not stuffy or overdone, but comfortable in a way that makes you want to settle in with a book and a coffee. The staff genuinely seems happy to see you, which honestly can be rare these days. During check-in, they took time to explain the neighborhood (apparently there’s this fantastic little bakery just two blocks over that locals swear by – and they were right about that). The rooms are what I’d call thoughtfully appointed. Everything works properly – and I know that sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case. The beds are actually comfortable, not just pretty to look at, and the bathrooms have good water pressure and those little touches like decent toiletries that show they’re thinking about your actual experience.

What really sets Villa Anna apart, though, is this feeling that you’re staying somewhere that balances professionalism with genuine warmth. The housekeeping is impeccable – I never felt like I was disrupting anyone’s routine, but my room was always perfectly maintained. The common areas stay clean and inviting throughout the day, and there’s usually a quiet spot to work or relax if you need it. I particularly loved the small terrace area – it’s not huge or flashy, but it’s peaceful and has surprisingly good views. The whole place has this unhurried quality that’s becoming harder to find. You’re not rushed through breakfast or made to feel like you’re inconveniencing anyone with questions. Actually, the breakfast deserves a mention – nothing fancy, but fresh and varied enough that you won’t get bored if you’re staying multiple days. That 9-point rating reflects what I experienced: a place that simply does hospitality well without pretense. It’s the kind of hotel where you’d happily return, partly because you know exactly what you’re getting, and partly because you feel like they’d remember you when you do.

  Location is great, it is the center of Tbilisi, just there is a small hiking up to the hill but cheap Tbilisi's taxi can help for little money
  And the best thing is the veranda on the 3rd floor, it is amazing place with a beautiful sunrise/sunset
