  • Находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от улицы Руставели. Рядом и метро, и Сквер 9-го апреля, и Дом Парламента. И магазины)
  • У вас не просто квартира, а отдельный вход с улицы
  • Ключи находятся рядом со входом, вам никто не нужен для заселения
  • Очень уютная винтажная гостиная с двумя диванчиками, мягкой мебелью и оригинальной столовой зоной
  • Две полноценные изолированные спальни
  • Много мелочей продумано, есть всё доступное
  • Хозяин написал мне ночью, всё ли у нас в порядке) Это говорит о том, что у нас не возникло ни одного вопроса, и всё необходимое мы нашли без проблем
  • Кстати, в короткой переписке хозяин был очень приветлив и любезен
  • Цена-качество просто на высоте!
  
  What could be improved: Минусы очевидны, про них неоднократно писали. Они некритичны, к ним просто нужно быть готовыми
  
  • Это полуподвал, естественного света – минимум. Это компенсируется множественными светильниками

  Spacious apartment with a distinctive decor, it met our needs, it was very homely and comfortable. The host was accommodating, the little details in the variety of essentials really made our stay different in a good way from other apartments.
