  Stayed for 3 nights with family. Nice and clean place. Feels like home. Complete with kitchen facilities and microvave plus washing machine. Just behind the Avlabari metro station, walking distance to Bridge of peace and walking areas for tourist in the night. Warm and comfortable after a day of outside winter adventures. Quite place. Near to groceries and restaurant.

  Location is exactly in the center. Avlabari metro station and bus station are within 50m distance. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and money exchange nearby. Many tourist attractions are located within walking distance. The property is private apartment, very neat and clean and of course value for money.

  Very good localisation. Close to Subway. Friendly host. Many shops around. Walking distance to te Old Town. I recommend this apartment for 2 couples.

  The location is great, within walking distance of the city center. The apartment is very well furnished and has all the facilities a traveler might need. The host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
  
  What could be improved: The sitting/dining area doesn’t have a window, but there’s AC so not a biggie, especially since you don’t spend much time there anyway.

  We stayed here for 2 nights. The place is as shown in the pictures. We were provided with all basic amenities. Extra pillows, blankets, iron box. The kitchen too was well equipped with salt, pepper, coffee, tea and basic utensils. The property owner gave us the keys and did not bother us until we left.
  
  What could be improved: I suggest to avoid this place in summer as there is only 1 tiny ac in the living room which feels useless. Apart from that every thing was good.

  First of all – big thanks to the host for organizing our late check in and being so helpful!
  The apartment itself is nice and clean with almost everything you may need (even a mini sewing kit, which came very handy one day). It's not very big, but there's enough space for 3-4 people.
  The location is very close to the subway station and only 10 minutes walk to the old town.
  
  What could be improved: The beds are on the tougher side and a bit noisy.
  And you also probably should keep in mind there's a construction going on nearby, so it's sometimes getting noisy in the morning.
