I mean, when you first walk into the Besiki building, it’s got this sleek, modern feel that almost makes you forget you’re right in the heart of old Tbilisi – but then you step out onto the street and boom, there’s all that incredible 19th-century architecture surrounding you. The apartment itself is spacious in a way that most Tbilisi rentals just aren’t, you know? Two proper bedrooms with actual closet space, which anyone who’s tried to live out of a suitcase in those cramped guesthouse rooms will appreciate.

What really got me was the location – you’re literally a five-minute walk from Shardeni Street with all those wine bars and restaurants, but the Besiki building is just removed enough that you don’t get the late-night noise from tourists stumbling around. I actually slept really well here, which is saying something because I’m usually pretty sensitive to street sounds. The building has proper security too, which gave me peace of mind when I was out exploring during the day. And honestly, having a full kitchen was a game-changer – I could grab fresh khachapuri from the bakery down the street and actually have a proper place to eat breakfast without rushing out to find a café every morning.

The setup works really well if you’re traveling with family or friends, since the two bedrooms give everyone some privacy but the common area is big enough to actually hang out together. The internet was solid (I was working remotely part of the time), and there’s decent natural light throughout the day. You’re also perfectly positioned to walk to pretty much everything – the sulfur baths, Narikala Fortress, the Bridge of Peace – without needing to figure out marshrutkas or taxis constantly. I’ll be honest, the building itself isn’t going to win any charm awards from the outside, but inside it’s comfortable and well-maintained, and sometimes that matters more than character when you just want a good night’s sleep after a long day of wandering around the old town. Plus, the whole experience felt more like having a proper base in the city rather than just passing through, which made my stay in Tbilisi feel more genuine somehow.

  Шикарное местоположение квартиры. Отличная стоимость! Квартира чистая, комфортная, просторная. Наличие ванны очень порадовало, для Тбилиси большая редкость. Быстрый интернет, солнечные спальни, вечером отдыхали на балконе. Еще понравилось, что было очень тихо. Квартира выходит во двор, где не ездят машины, соседи тихие. Спасибо за гостеприимство и полезные советы хозяйке ❤️

  Очень комфортная и уютная квартира, все есть, даже тапочки, фен, шампунь) чистота и красота! идеальная локация в бизнес-центре, все очень близко. Рядом понравились кафе Зодиак и Пасанаури) наличие ванны – это большая редкость для Тбилиси 😄тихое место в самом центре Тбилиси. Очень понравилось. Хозяйка приятная, ответила на все вопросы и дала полезные советы. Ее муж – замечательный гид ❤️показал нам горы. Обязательно вернемся!

  Спасибо Дарье за прекрасный отдых в комфортной квартире! Самое центральное расположение -около проспекта Руставели, но в тихом месте. Три комнаты и две отдельные спальни, идеально подошли нашей семье. Полностью оборудованная кухня, ванная, балкон. Квартира находится в историческом центре Тбилиси вблизи всех основных достопримечательностей города, очень удобно для пеших прогулок. В следующий раз остановимся здесь же и будем рекомендовать друзьям
