  The building located in a quiet local neighborhood but just 10mins walk from the attractions, the holy trinity cathedral can be seen just from the window above the local streets.
  
  Fully equipped kitchen, and two groceries just downstairs, we were able to cook our dinner.

  The location was excellent, and the apartment was fully equipped with all the accouterments one needs for breakfast or meals at home, especially for families. The host, Nata, was very helpful and shared insights into Georgia and Tbilisi. The apartment was very clean and located, I think, in the Armenian district of Tbilisi, the Avlabari. Pickup for our various day excursions with local tourist companies were just a few minutes away on foot and proximity to the sights was a definite plus. The corner bakery and small grocery stores/markets nearby also a definite plus.
