The apartments themselves are what sold me completely. I’m talking about actual living spaces with kitchenettes that you’ll actually want to use – not those sad little coffee makers and mini-fridges that most places throw in as an afterthought. The layout feels thoughtful, like someone who actually travels designed these spaces. There’s proper counter space, decent-sized refrigerators, and honestly, the cookware is better than what I have at home. I ended up grabbing fresh produce from one of the local markets (which, by the way, you absolutely should do) and making breakfast a few mornings instead of always eating out. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters when you’re trying to plan your day or upload photos without wanting to throw your phone across the room.

What really impressed me was how quiet it stays, even with Tbilisi‘s characteristic energy buzzing around outside. The windows actually block out street noise, which isn’t something you can take for granted in this city. The building itself has this understated elegance – not flashy, just well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and the staff seemed to genuinely know the neighborhood, not just the tourist highlights. They pointed me toward this little bakery around the corner that I never would have found otherwise, and honestly, those khachapuri became a daily ritual. The perfect 10 rating might seem generous, but after staying there, I get it. It’s not about having the fanciest amenities – it’s about getting all the important stuff exactly right and creating a space where you can actually settle in and feel comfortable exploring everything this incredible city has to offer.

  Квартира очень понравилась! Всё что было заявлено в объявлении не расходилось с тем, что было на самом деле. Очень просторная, вмещающая не только проживающих, но и гостей.
  
  Чистая, с хорошим ремонтом и большой лоджией. В квартире было всё необходимое: полотенца, качественное постельное белье, бытовая химия, кухонные принадлежности, wi – fi, кондиционеры в каждой комнате.
  
  Мебель и бытовая техника в хорошем состоянии, и что немаловажно, современная.
  
  Видно, что руководство заботится о своих клиентах и дорожит своей репутацией. Очень нравится мудрая притча по этому поводу: «Доброе имя лучше большого богатства, уважение лучше серебра и золота». И в вашем случае слова не расходились с делами.
  
  Если еще приедем, то обязательно остановимся у вас. Непременно будем рекомендовать вас своим друзьям и знакомым!

  мы просто в ВОСТОРГЕ ОТ квартиры, а особенно от ХОЗЯЙКИ!! Таких людей ещё надо поискать!! квартира в центре города, в шаговой доступности супермаркеты, аптеки, кафе. если когда нибудь приедем в Тбилиси, то только к Мариночке!! дай ей Бог здоровья крепкого и счастья!!

  Прекрасный человек Марина нас встретила, сразу же разместила! На всех этапах от заказа до выезда проявляла высокое внимание и тёплое отношение! Заехали в прекрасную квартиру, чисто, уютно, комфортно, со всеми удобствами! Дела заставили задержаться еще на сутки, Марина без проблем продлила апартаменты, и сказала если мы планируем задержаться ещё, то может разместить в других не менее комфортных апартаментах. В общем, 100% вернёмся ещё и обязательно будем обращаться только к Марине! Всем остались очень довольны! Всё на высоте! Однозначно рекомендую!
