  The most soulful and authentic place I've stayed. The room is located in the "Italian courtyard" in the historical center. It often happens that the room is made just to rent, but it was different here, a bunch of unexpected little things that create a homely atmosphere. Gio is a very hospitable host. I would be glad to stay here again.

  The owner is kind and very helpful.
  General location is pretty good, near the historic center. However, the immediate surroundings leave much to be desired. There's nowhere to go – no nice cafes or restaurants, no real supermarkets (or anything at all, really). Also due to the location on the hill it's not really in the walking distance from the more popular and developed parts of the historic center, you'd be better off using taxi or even metro.

  Спасибо большое Георгию за гостеприимство, за угощение. Местоположение апартаментов 10 из 10. Чисто, уютно, а главное душевно … маленькие мелочи создают атмосферу. Всегда мечтала пожить в таком дворе))) как в кино попала ))) Для нас было существенным критерием выбора апартаментов это близость к старому центру города, наличие парковки для авто и конечно бытовые условия – наличие микроволновки и стиральной машины (т.к. с детьми) все это совпало по данному адресу.

  Первое что хочу отметить, это гостеприимство хозяина, встретил с улыбкой, все показал и объяснил) В шкафчиках есть чай и кофе, в ванной есть шампунь и гель для душа, причем не самый дешевый. Везде все идеально чисто. Хороший интерьер, маленькие декоративные элементы добавляют особый шарм этому месту. Хорошее расположение, рядом есть рынок и всевозможные магазины, до которых идти 5 минут. Паковка находится прям возле дома, поэтому не пришлось тащить далеко свои вещи. Вообщем 10 из 10. Мы точно останемся тут еще раз❤️

  Замечательное место!! Георгий (хозяин) дружелюбный, гостеприимный, добрый и понимающий. Всегда на связи, готов помогать. Аппартаменты сделаны с любовью, всё есть для проживания, даже туалетная бумага и порошок))) главное, спросите, куда вешать бельё на улице, чтобы не ругались соседи😇 Очень нам понравилось, обязательно вернёмся снова)) Спасибо 🫶🏻
