The neighborhood has this perfect mix of locals going about their business and just enough cafes where you can grab proper Georgian coffee (which, honestly, is stronger than you think). Every corner reveals something new to explore.

The Space Itself

The room setup surprised me — it’s more spacious than typical hotel rooms, with a proper living area that doesn’t feel cramped. There’s a kitchenette that’s actually functional if you want to grab fresh khachapuri from the bakery downstairs and heat it up later. The windows face the street, so you get a bit of city noise, but it’s the good kind — people chatting, not traffic honking. The bed’s comfortable enough that I actually slept past my usual wake-up time, which rarely happens when I’m traveling. Natural light floods through during the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Here’s something that’ll save you headaches — they have free parking right on site. In a city where finding a parking spot can turn into an adventure you didn’t sign up for, this is genuinely valuable. The staff speaks decent English and actually knows the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the standard tourist checklist. When I asked about where locals eat, they pointed me toward a tiny restaurant two streets over that I never would’ve found otherwise. These thoughtful touches make all the difference.

  There was a market near the house where we made small food purchases and for more food purchases we went to a supermarket that was ten minutes away from our place.

  Tamuna is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay. The neighbourhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distance. However, it was very quiet when you were in the apartment. The apartment was within walking distance of some major tourist attractions like Sulphur Baths, Meidan Bazaar, Methki Church, Rike Park, Narikala and Freedom Square. Indian Restaurants and Spar Supermarkets are also nearby. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Tbilisi.

  She lend us local currency in the beginning and suggested best food places and guided in tour planning.
  She helped us with arranging taxi for each tour as a group at a very reasonable price than the local tourist.

  Really nice location! The apartments were spacious. The Air Conditioners were awesome. Really friendly hosts. We paid about 1100 Euros for 3 apartments (15 adults and 3 kids), 4 nights in September and it was a great value!

  The location is amazing. Close to the center, several baths, aerial tram, etc.
  Tamuna was not only our host, but also a guide to give all kind of advice as well as connect with the drivers. We took a driver for several days to go to the attractions.

  Amazing host, extremely welcoming and helpful. Apartment itself: clean, everything there needed for a week plus stay – iron, ironing board, microwave oven, stovetop, cooking utensils, teapot, fresh bedwear etc. Location is superb- everything in walking distance, old city and bridge nearby.
