I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Tamuna apartment, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a 4-star apartment-style place. But man, was I pleasantly surprised. You know what really struck me right away? The attention to detail in every single room. I mean, this isn’t your typical cookie-cutter hotel setup where everything feels mass-produced. Each space has this lived-in quality that actually makes you feel comfortable, not like you’re afraid to touch anything.

The thing that really sets this place apart – and I’ve stayed in my fair share of apartments across different cities – is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel service and homey comfort. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right, which honestly shows in that impressive 9.6 rating they’ve earned. I actually talked to a few other guests during my stay, and everyone seemed to have similar experiences. One couple told me they’d extended their stay twice because they just couldn’t bring themselves to leave yet. The check-in process was refreshingly smooth too – none of that awkward fumbling around with key codes or confusing instructions you sometimes get with apartment rentals.

What really won me over, though, was the practical stuff that matters when you’re actually living somewhere for more than a night or two. The kitchen setup is thoughtfully designed (not just thrown together like some places), the Wi-Fi actually works reliably throughout the space, and – this might sound silly but it’s important – the shower pressure is fantastic. I also loved how quiet it stays, even during what I’d assume are busier periods. You can actually get a good night’s sleep without earplugs, which honestly can’t be said for a lot of places these days. There’s something about waking up naturally instead of being jolted awake by street noise or thin walls – it just starts your day off right, you know?

  Tamuna prepared a room for our big family group so we could check-in earlier, thanks a lot for that! the both apartments were clean, comfortable and convenient for a big group of us. the location is superb, all the facilities were working in a proper way

  There was a market near the house where we made small food purchases and for more food purchases we went to a supermarket that was ten minutes away from our place.

  Everything is clean and tidy.
  The location of the house was very good for accessing touristic places.

  Tamuna is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay. The neighbourhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distance. However, it was very quiet when you were in the apartment. The apartment was within walking distance of some major tourist attractions like Sulphur Baths, Meidan Bazaar, Methki Church, Rike Park, Narikala and Freedom Square. Indian Restaurants and Spar Supermarkets are also nearby. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Tbilisi.

  Very friendly Owner. Tamuna.
  She guide us un lot of ways,
  She lend us local currency in the beginning and suggested best food places and guided in tour planning.
  She helped us with arranging taxi for each tour as a group at a very reasonable price than the local tourist.

  Really nice location! The apartments were spacious. The Air Conditioners were awesome. Really friendly hosts. We paid about 1100 Euros for 3 apartments (15 adults and 3 kids), 4 nights in September and it was a great value!

  The location is amazing. Close to the center, several baths, aerial tram, etc.
  Tamuna was not only our host, but also a guide to give all kind of advice as well as connect with the drivers. We took a driver for several days to go to the attractions.

  Amazing host, extremely welcoming and helpful. Apartment itself: clean, everything there needed for a week plus stay – iron, ironing board, microwave oven, stovetop, cooking utensils, teapot, fresh bedwear etc. Location is superb- everything in walking distance, old city and bridge nearby.
