I’ll be honest – when I first walked into Sollo hotel, I wasn’t expecting much from the understated entrance, but this place completely surprised me in the best way possible. It’s one of those 4-star properties that actually feels like it earned every single star, you know? The lobby has this warm, contemporary vibe that immediately puts you at ease, and the staff genuinely seemed happy to see guests arrive (which, let’s face it, isn’t always the case these days).

What really struck me during my stay was how thoughtfully everything was designed. The rooms have this perfect balance of modern comfort and cozy touches – I mean, the bedding was so comfortable I actually considered asking where they got it from. The lighting is spot-on too, which sounds like a weird thing to notice, but anyone who’s tried to read in a poorly lit hotel room will appreciate good ambient lighting. The bathrooms are spacious with excellent water pressure (seriously important after a long day of exploring), and there’s actually enough counter space for all your stuff, which is rarer than it should be. I also loved that the windows actually open – fresh air is such a simple pleasure that many hotels seem to have forgotten about.

The service here really sets it apart though. Check-in was smooth and quick, but not rushed, if that makes sense. The front desk staff knew their stuff and gave genuinely helpful local recommendations rather than just pointing to a rack of tourist brochures. Housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive, and I appreciated that they respected the “do not disturb” sign without making you feel like you had to time everything perfectly. With an 8.7 rating from other travelers, I can see why people keep coming back – it’s that sweet spot where you feel well taken care of without any pretentious fuss. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevators can be a bit slow during busy periods, but honestly, that’s pretty typical and hardly worth complaining about when everything else runs so smoothly. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a really nice home base than just somewhere to crash, this is definitely worth considering.

  The hotel is located in Old Tbilisi, In the historical part of the city center. The hotel has comfortable and well-equipped rooms and the best atmosphere as well.
  
  There are extraordinary views from the hotel. My room had a large and beautiful balcony, from which I could directly look at Narikala Castle.
  
  The room was large and bright, newly renovated, with a comfortable bed. The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful.

  The hotel’s location is very nice as it is in the old part of Tbilisi. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming, especially Valktang. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable.

  البلكونه كانت رائعه، الاثاث جديد وحلو والحمام نظيف وفيه شطاف قريب من الشارع الرئيسي وقريب منه كارفور ومحلات صرافه وصيدليه وبقالات و15 دقيقه مشي عالاقدام لجسر السلام والحديقه والتلفريك اللي يودي الى بوتينكال قاردن وتمثال ام جورجيا، الموظفين رااااائعين وساعدونا كثير واشكرهم على حسن تعاملهم ومساعداتهم فعلاً كانوا طيبين.
