I mean, they clearly knew what they were doing when they designed this place.

The 4-star rating feels about right, maybe even a bit conservative when you consider how thoughtfully everything’s laid out. What really impressed me was the attention to the small stuff – you know, the things that can make or break a stay. The soundproofing is actually solid (I was worried about river noise, but it’s more of a gentle background hum), and the beds have that perfect firmness where you don’t feel like you’re sinking into quicksand or sleeping on concrete. The bathrooms are spacious enough that you’re not doing some weird dance around your luggage, which – let’s be real – matters more than fancy marble countertops.

I stayed there during what I’d guess was a pretty busy period, and the staff still managed to feel genuinely helpful rather than rushed. Check-in was smooth, and they actually gave useful recommendations about the area instead of just handing over a generic tourist map. The 9.3 rating makes total sense when you experience the service firsthand – it’s that sweet spot where everything works without feeling overly formal or stuffy. The restaurant situation is solid too, though I’d definitely venture out for dinner at least once or twice. Breakfast was better than expected, especially if you snag a table by those big windows. There’s something pretty satisfying about starting your morning looking out at the water, even if you’re just planning to spend the day wandering around town. Parking was straightforward, which honestly relieved me more than it probably should have. Overall, it’s the kind of place that delivers on its promise without trying too hard to be something it’s not.

  A beautiful evening in a beautiful environment.The best views from the rooms balcony. Hotel "sky by the river" is new hotel, great designed, equipped with all necessary facilities. It`s very clean. everything is provided, until small details. Located in the center and close to everything, Bazar ,Old Tbilisi , Stadium, I will definatlly come back again in my next visit to Tbilisi. Many thanks to the hotel staff for the comfort they provided to me.

  Очень чисто, красивый вид, очень хорошие кровать и матрас. В номере есть всё необходимое. Отдельный лифт, качественный вай фай. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Светлая, удобная комната. Рекомендую
