I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Rustaveli Central ApartHotel, I was a bit skeptical about another “aparthotel” situation. You know how those can go either way. But this place actually surprised me in the best possible way, and that 9.4 rating? Yeah, it’s earned.

The location is what really got me first – being right in the heart of Tbilisi means you’re walking distance from basically everything that matters. I mean, you step out and you’re practically breathing the same air as all the main action on Rustaveli Avenue. The opera house is right there, and honestly, just wandering around this area at night with all the lights reflecting off the old architecture… it’s something else. What I really appreciated though was how quiet it stays inside despite being so central – whoever designed this place knew what they were doing with the soundproofing.

The aparthotel concept works really well here because you get that apartment-style space (which, let’s face it, is clutch when you’re staying anywhere for more than a couple nights) but with actual hotel services when you need them. The kitchenettes are properly equipped – not those sad little setups with a broken coffee maker and one fork. I actually cooked a few meals, and there’s a decent market just a short walk away where you can grab fresh produce and local stuff. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting you settled in, and they’ve got solid local recommendations that go beyond the obvious tourist spots. They told me about this little wine bar tucked away down a side street that I never would’ve found otherwise – absolute gem. The rooms themselves feel more like staying in a really nice local apartment than a generic hotel box, which I loved. Clean lines, comfortable beds, and those big windows that let in tons of natural light during the day. Check-in was smooth, parking situation is sorted if you’re driving, and the whole building just feels well-maintained and thoughtfully run. You can tell this isn’t just some converted building where they slapped “aparthotel” on the sign and called it a day.

  The room was very clean, the kitchen was spotless, convenient transportation, affordable, recommended for families. We stayed for two days, very comfortable, easy to walk to the surrounding attractions, the surrounding supermarkets are very convenient for daily necessities, the owner is very friendly.

  The lady was really kind, helpful and nice! Nothing was a problem, the apartment was huge, exactly like in the pictures and fully equipped (washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, dishes, cloth dryer…).
  The location is perfect for travelers, near the metro station, bus stop, art gallery, SPAR or local shop with food. We'll definitely be coming back, because it is the best place in Tbilisi!

  Spacious apartment a short walk from Liberty Square. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable living area and bed(s). Host was very responsive to messages via Whatsapp – for example, my requests to check in early and for laundry powder to use the washing machine were accommodated quickly.
