My room was exactly what I needed after long days of exploring — clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering we’re in the heart of the city. The beds are actually good quality (you know how hit-or-miss hotel beds can be), and there’s decent storage space for your stuff. What I appreciated most was the attention to practical details — reliable WiFi, proper lighting for reading, and a bathroom that works exactly as it should. It’s not going to win any design awards, but everything functions well, and honestly, that matters more when you’re using it as your base for several days.

The staff speaks good English and they’re genuinely helpful with recommendations — not just the touristy stuff, but real suggestions about where locals actually eat and hang out.

  Квартира- космос! Сказать, что она шикарная, недостаточно, очень чисто, все новое, стильно, огромные зеркала во всю стену- крутая фишка, удобная кровать, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, чувствовали себя, как дома, определенно вернемся снова, спасибо хозяйке, всегда была на связи. Рекомендую всем кто хочет попасть в сказку:).

  Идеальная квартира!!!
  Новая уютная квартира- красоты неописуемой! Нам понравилось всё начиная от стильного ремонта, заканчивая видом из окна на реку! Здесь есть всё, что необходимо для комфорта: чай, кофе, сахар, много посуды, огромный телевизор, стирально- сушильная машина, в спальне рабочий уголок и удобная кровать. Отдохнули , как в пятизвездном отеле!!! Рекомендую всем от души, обязательно вернемся снова, спасибо хозяевам, заселили бесконтактно- очень удобно.

  Большое спасибо хозяевам апартаментов за предоставленную возможность полноценного отдыха в Тбилиси. Новая, идеально чистая квартира. Современный дизайнерский ремонт, сделан с душой. Для комфортного отдыха и жизни есть всё: от стиральной машины до фена; кухня укомплектована всем необходимым, что только может понадобиться. Важные мелочи: чай, кофе, сахар, соль… – все есть. Сплит и отопление тоже есть.
  Пребыванием в этой квартире остались очень довольны.
