The neighborhood has this residential vibe where you’ll see locals going about their daily routines, plus there are some genuinely good cafes within walking distance that most visitors never discover. It’s the kind of location that makes you feel like you’re experiencing the real Tbilisi, not just the postcard version.

The room I stayed in was spacious — and I mean properly spacious, not hotel-brochure spacious. The design strikes this nice balance between contemporary comfort and subtle Georgian touches that don’t feel forced or touristy. What really impressed me was the attention to detail: quality linens, a work desk that’s actually usable, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bathroom was modern and well-appointed, though honestly, after a day of exploring Tbilisi’s cobblestone streets, you’ll just be grateful for the excellent water pressure.

Dining and Amenities

The hotel’s restaurant serves both Georgian and international cuisine, and while I wouldn’t call it groundbreaking, the food is solid and the service is attentive without being overbearing. What’s nice is that they source ingredients locally when possible — you can taste the difference in the khachapuri, which is saying something in a city where everyone claims to make the best version. There’s also a small fitness area and they can arrange parking if you’re brave enough to drive in Tbilisi (though honestly, you probably don’t need a car here).

  Really enjoyed our stay. We loved it so much and extended our stay which was happily accommodated. Love the closeness to the park, flower market, everything and friendly staff, especially the hostess. Wish we talked more if not for the language barrier. Breakfast was wonderful.
