  La décoration et les équipements de la cuisine et de la salle de bains.
  L'emplacement au-dessus d'1 mall avec 2 supermarchés.
  La climatisatuon super efficace et le calme la nuit.
  La très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et son amabilité.
  L'entrée de l'immeuble n'est pas sur le boulevard mais il faut passer dans la galerie du Carrefour et c'est tout de suite à gauche.
  
  What could be improved: Le manque de place de parking ( nous avions loué une voiture).
  Nous avons trouvé un parking ( ( Vake)à 5 mn à pieds 24h/24. 2 Gel de 22 h00 à 9h00/ heure et 3 Gel de 9h00 à 22h00/heure.
  Il y a bien des places en bas de l'immeuble mais jamais disponibles. Il faut juste le savoir avec 1 voiture.
