This 4-star spot actually delivers on comfort and service in ways that surprised me, and I mean that in the best possible way.

The staff here genuinely gets it – they’ll tell you which metro stops to avoid during rush hour, or mention that the best khinkali place is actually two blocks away, not the touristy spot everyone talks about. I stayed here twice last year (once in spring, once during that crazy hot August), and both times the front desk remembered little details that made check-in feel personal rather than transactional. The rooms themselves have this clean, modern vibe without being sterile – good blackout curtains too, which honestly matters more than you’d think when you’re dealing with jet lag and those early Georgian sunrises.

What really sold me though was how they handle the practical stuff that other places fumble. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building (I tested it in the stairwells because I’m paranoid like that), and the water pressure is consistently strong – small things, sure, but they add up when you’re trying to unwind after a long day exploring the old town’s cobblestone streets. The location puts you close enough to the main attractions without being right in the middle of all the tourist chaos, which is perfect if you want to experience the city but also get decent sleep. I noticed they keep the common areas at just the right temperature year-round, something a lot of Georgian hotels struggle with during those intense summer months. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the elevators are actually reliable – I’ve stayed at fancier places in the region where you’d wait forever or just give up and take the stairs. It’s that attention to the unglamorous details that makes me think this place really cares about the guest experience rather than just looking good in photos.

  Great location in the Old City with easy access to everything! The apartment has a lot of amenities, including a dryer, Xbox, and a little grill – everything to make your stay perfect. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, answering any questions within minutes. Highly recommend!

  Апартаменты оставили только положительные и хорошие впечатления. Чисто, уютно, все удобства имеются. Удобное расположение, магазины, рестораны, достопримечательности, и все остальное в шаговой доступности. Тихо, городского шума нет, хоть и в центре находится. И очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин. Благодарим за возможность остановится у вас.

  В этих апартаментах нам понравилось абсолютно все! Местоположение отличное, прекрасный район старого Тбилиси, очень аутентично! Недалеко от метро, поблизости много кафешек. Сами апартаменты очень уютные, в них есть все: стиралка, сушка, посудомойка, гриль, кофемашина, много посуды для готовки и еды. Хозяин очень внимательный, все необходимые вопросы обсуждали оперативно и четко. Мы путешествовали вдвоем, и эти апарты как раз были отличным вариантом для двоих. Искренне рекомендую эти апартаменты❤️ когда будем в Тбилиси в следующий раз, остановимся только здесь)
