I love the way the streets are peppered with old cafés that have seen the city change; I sat at the corner of the ancient café I’m calling “The Old Tea House” and listened to the chatter of locals discussing the latest football match. The noise level is a bit higher during the evenings, especially on the weekend nights, but the apartment’s windows are heavy and block the clamor fairly well. The only thing that caught my eye was the occasional flicker of the old streetlights, giving the streets a slightly nostalgic glow.

When I was packing up to leave, I noticed a few small things that could use a tweak. The bathroom faucet is a little rusty, and there’s a faint smell of old pipes that you’ll notice if you’re a fan of a truly pristine environment. However, the overall cleanliness was spot on, and the linens were soft – the kind that make you want to stay in the bed all day. Check‑in was smooth: the host had all the information ready, and I received a short guide with insider tips – a list of the best photo spots for sunset, the best place to get a steaming bowl of khinkali, and a few secret bars that only locals know about. The only real downside was the Wi‑Fi speed; I had to keep refreshing the router page a few times before it finally worked. But you know what, when you’re in a city as vibrant as Tbilisi, you’re more likely to be exploring the streets than fixing your internet. All in all, it was a gem – a place that feels like a home away from home, yet still invites you to step out and experience the bustling life of the city right outside your front door.

  Location is very nice, everything is in walking distance. Host was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is well equipped with everything necessary, shops, cafe's are close by. price-quality is good!

  The propriety was very nice, big and well located, we have some inconvenients with the shower but they came to

  What could be improved: The check-in is at 4pm and thats quite late so keep that in mind (but they let you leave the bags from 1 pm). We end up staying 7 days but they will give just 1 roll of toilet paper (as a basic item should be included)
  Cleaning can improve as they leave an ashtray full of smoked cigarrets that when we enter the room was smelly and in the corner of the shower where empty shampoo bottles and that means that they didnt even move the courtain.
