The rooms are intentionally small, but that’s part of the charm. Think of a cozy studio with a four‑twin bed and a tiny kitchenette that has a kettle, a small fridge, and a single burner – perfect for whipping up a quick bowl of khinkali. The walls are adorned with local art, and a small balcony offers a view of the winding Ghalati Street. The bathroom has a deep tub, which I found surprisingly relaxing after a day of exploring the old city. The only thing that could use a tweak is the noise level at night; the street below buzzes with traffic and the occasional late‑night chatter from the cafés. But honestly, that’s part of the authentic Tbilisi vibe, and you can still get a decent sleep if you bring earplugs.

  What could be improved: The Location is in a ghetto area, not dangerous but this place is more for backpackers. However, is right outside of the main attractions, and is very complicated how to explain the location. But not my style.

  I appreciated that the accommodation was clean, well-organized, and the host was helpful.
  
  What could be improved: the location was extremely poor uncomfortable and far from quiet. The property faced a main street that was unbearably noisy 24/7, making sleep a nightmare. Additionally, the water heater frequently broke down, requiring repairs every day or two. While the host did fix it on most occasions, I had to repair it myself on the second-to-last day.
  
  On one occasion, there was a water outage from around 11 AM to 8 PM, and on the last day, there was a power outage.

  Замечательная квартира в Авлабари. Очень красивая, с историческим уклоном. Останавливаемся не первый раз и всегда приятно вернуться вновь.
  
  What could be improved: Проезд по улице Гелати ведущий к квартире загородили забором, надеюсь это временно, и какой то локальный ремонт. И таксист не смог найти обходной путь. В дальнейшем при проживании нам это проблем не доставляло.

  Всё понравилось. Дом расположен в тупике, немного сложно найти, но потом уже сориентировались. Парковка бесплатная рядом с домом. Вид из окна на парк Рике и старый город. Практически всё в пешей доступности. В доме очень уютно, чисто. Хозяйка нас встретила, всё показала, объяснила, ответила на все наши интересующие вопросы. Спасибо большое! Нам очень понравилось.

  Прежде всего хочется отметить добродушие и отзывчивость хозяина апартаментов , зовут его – Омари. Очень приятный , открытый человек. Так же отмечу , что при заезде в апартаментах было очень чисто. Просторные комнаты, гостиная и кухня оборудованы и укомплектованны всем необходимым для проживания. Хорошая локация, рядом метро, магазины, небольшой овощной базар.
