I actually ended up spending two evenings there, and the film selection was surprisingly good. The billiards area has that perfect lived-in feel, you know? Not too polished, not too rough, just right for actually playing rather than just taking Instagram photos. The tables are well-maintained, and there’s enough space that you’re not constantly bumping into other players.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about the guest experience – they’d make recommendations about local spots without that rehearsed tourist-trap vibe, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. The apartments have everything you need for a longer stay (and honestly, you’ll want to stay longer once you settle in), including proper kitchenettes that actually function well. I mean, the coffee maker alone was better than what I have at home. Parking was never an issue, which is saying something these days, and the building stays surprisingly quiet even when the entertainment areas are busy. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the billiards area can get a bit smoky in the evenings – not from cigarettes, just that old-wood-and-felt smell that some people love and others… well, don’t. But it adds to the authentic atmosphere, if you ask me. This isn’t a place trying to be everything to everyone, and that’s exactly why it works so well.

  New house, clean and freshly renovated, lots of entertainment inside, perfect for a large family or company. The house has everything, the host is very kind, was in touch if you needed anything. Great location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Especially liked the billiards and the large kitchen. Recommend!!!
