The room I stayed in was thoughtfully designed — not huge, but everything felt intentional and well-placed. The windows actually open (which you’d be surprised how rare that is these days), and if you get one facing the right direction, you’ll catch glimpses of the old city’s rooftops and church domes. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with good water pressure — something that can be hit or miss in this part of town. What really stood out was the attention to small details, like proper bedside lighting and enough outlets where you actually need them.

Breakfast here is a solid continental and buffet setup that actually gets Georgian flavors right alongside the standard international options. You’ll find fresh khachapuri (because honestly, what’s a Georgian breakfast without it?), local cheeses, and really good coffee. The dining area has these big windows that let in great morning light, and the staff seems to genuinely care about making sure you’re set for the day. I’ve stayed at places where breakfast feels like an afterthought, but this isn’t one of them.

  Location is great, very nice and modern hotel with polite staff. I chose the option with breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. There are no large variety of dishes, but you can find everything on your taste. For me to have a breakfast on the terrace with amazing view is the perfect start of the day!

  I had a wonderful time staying at your hotel. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and offers a mesmerizing view of the river. The staff was professional and provided excellent assistance. The room was beautiful, and cosy, and had a pleasant aroma that uplifted our spirits. The hotel is beautifully decorated with old and modern things like an old typewriter, old-era bulbs, modern doors etc. It looks like some royal palace.
  
  We will book this hotel again next time we are in Tbilisi.
