I asked about finding a good khinkali spot that wasn’t overrun with tour groups, and instead of just pointing me to the obvious places, they gave me actual directions to this tiny spot where locals go – complete with warnings about which metro stop to avoid during rush hour. That’s the kind of local knowledge that makes a real difference when you’re trying to experience a city properly. The 8.9 rating makes total sense when you consider these details that bigger hotels just miss. Sure, it’s not going to have every bell and whistle of those massive international chains, but honestly? After a day of exploring sulfur baths and climbing up to Narikala Fortress, you just want somewhere that feels like a comfortable home base. The neighborhood gets lively in the evenings – nothing too crazy, just that pleasant buzz of people enjoying themselves – but the rooms stay surprisingly quiet. I was worried about street noise, but the windows do their job well. Check-in was smooth too, none of that endless paperwork dance you sometimes get at smaller places.

  Location is great, very nice and modern hotel with polite staff. I chose the option with breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. There are no large variety of dishes, but you can find everything on your taste. For me to have a breakfast on the terrace with amazing view is the perfect start of the day!

  I had a wonderful time staying at your hotel. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and offers a mesmerizing view of the river. The staff was professional and provided excellent assistance. The room was beautiful, and cosy, and had a pleasant aroma that uplifted our spirits. The hotel is beautifully decorated with old and modern things like an old typewriter, old-era bulbs, modern doors etc. It looks like some royal palace.
  
  We will book this hotel again next time we are in Tbilisi.
