The Narikala Fortress is practically next door — well, a short uphill walk anyway. What I really appreciated was being able to explore the city on foot during the day, then come back to a quiet residential street in the evening. Plus, there’s free parking on site, which is actually a big deal in this part of the city.

The Rooms

The rooms at Authentic Central Spot feel thoughtfully designed rather than cookie-cutter corporate. Mine had this nice balance of modern comfort and local touches that didn’t feel forced or touristy. The windows offered glimpses of the neighborhood’s daily life — you might catch sight of locals heading to the nearby market or kids playing in the courtyard below. I mean, it’s not a view of the Mtkvari River, but there’s something charming about watching the city wake up from your window. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed without being overly fancy.

Getting Around

What makes this place work so well is how connected you feel to everything that matters in Tbilisi. The cable car to Narikala is close enough that you’ll probably end up taking it multiple times during your stay — it becomes this fun little routine. Rustaveli Avenue, with all its theaters and shops, is an easy stroll away. You can walk to most of the major sights, but when you need a break from all that exploring, you’re back in a quieter residential area where you can actually hear yourself think.

  Объект находится прям в самом центре. Рядом канатная дорога, которую видно из окна. В апартаментах все чисто и аккуратно, есть все необходимое в быту.

  Good flat with great location, views and anything you may need. There are enough kitchen utensils, household chemicals and other things.
  Great view from the balcony where you may seat and have your breakfast.
  Friendly hosts, ready to help.
  
  Sockets’ location is not very convenient for working, but if you are on vacation there won’t be any problems.
  
  What could be improved: Bedside lamps weren’t working and the shower stall is leaking.
