Maison Boutique Hotel Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Maison Boutique Hotel? It’s one of those places that actually lives up to the “boutique” label – and I mean that in the best way possible. From the moment you walk through the front doors, there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about every single detail. The lobby has this warm, lived-in elegance that doesn’t feel stuffy or like they’re trying too hard. It’s the kind of space where you’d actually want to sit with a coffee and read, not just rush through to get to your room.
The 4-star rating feels spot-on here – they’re not pretending to be something they’re not, but honestly, the attention to detail rivals some 5-star places I’ve stayed at. What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to genuinely know their stuff about the local area. When I asked about dinner recommendations, the front desk guy didn’t just hand me a generic tourist map – he actually drew out a little route and mentioned which nights certain restaurants are closed (super helpful, by the way). The rooms themselves strike that perfect balance between stylish and comfortable. You get unique design elements without sacrificing practical things like decent lighting for reading or enough outlets near the bed. The bathrooms are particularly well done – good water pressure, quality toiletries, and they actually have hooks and counter space for your stuff.
I have to say, an 8.2 rating from other guests makes total sense after staying there. It’s high enough to know you’re getting quality, but not so perfect that you wonder if the reviews are fake. The few minor quirks I noticed – like the elevator being a bit slow and the hallways having that slight echo you get in older buildings – are exactly the kind of honest details that make a rating feel real. What really won me over though was the consistency. Sometimes boutique hotels nail the aesthetic but fall short on service, or vice versa. Maison Boutique manages to deliver on both fronts without feeling corporate or impersonal. The morning coffee in the lobby is actually good (not that burnt hotel coffee you usually get), and checkout was refreshingly straightforward. If you’re someone who appreciates thoughtful hospitality over flashy amenities, this place will definitely hit the mark. It’s the sort of hotel where you’d be happy to stay again, and honestly, that’s saying something in today’s travel landscape.

Shoghakat from Armenia (9/10)
Our stay at Maison Boutique Hotel in the heart of Tbilisi was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better, allowing us easy access to all the attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially during our late check-in. The highlight for us was the stunning view from the balcony, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend

The location was amazing, right in the center of everything and short distance away from most of the restaurants/pubs and shops. The hotel itself was okay, we didn't spend too much time indoors. We booked the Premium Deluxe room which was assigned on Level 1 but the AC was not working, we were then moved to Level 2 the next night. Room was spacious for 3 of us and had a small balcony. As we were at the far left of the building, we didn't have any noise from the streets below. We didnt opt for breakfast
Charisma from South Africa (7/10)
The hotel has an excellent location – it is a minute's walk from the center of the old town. It's definitely well-priced for such a convenient spot.

Relatively large room. But I booked a junior Suite with 41sqm and got smaller room.
This was not fair.Zubair from India (7/10)
The location of the property is just amazing. It gives you a beautiful view of the Metekhi bridge and Metekhi church right next to the cable car that takes you up to the park up the mountain. The view from three tiny windows are spectacular.
The breakfast was meager, okay.
The sleep quality was good, the room was very spacious.Bernhard from Germany (8/10)
