Look, I’ll be completely honest with you about Lux Apart S6 – this one’s a bit of a mixed bag, and I mean that in the most genuine way possible. When I first walked up to the building, I was actually pretty impressed by the exterior and the whole setup seemed promising for a 4-star place. The lobby has this modern, minimalist vibe going on, and you know what? The staff at check-in were friendly enough, though there was this weird delay with getting the key cards programmed.

Here’s the thing though – and I hate to say this because I really wanted to love this place – something felt off pretty much from the moment I got to my room. I mean, the apartment itself is spacious (which is honestly the best thing I can say about it), and they’ve clearly put some money into the furnishings and fixtures. The kitchen area is actually well-equipped if you’re planning to cook, and the bathroom has decent water pressure, which you know I always appreciate. But there were these little things that just kept adding up – the Wi-Fi was spotty, the air conditioning made this annoying humming sound all night, and honestly, the whole place just felt like it was trying really hard to be luxurious without quite hitting the mark.

What really got to me though was the service situation. I had a couple of maintenance issues during my stay (the TV remote was broken, and there was this persistent drip in the bathroom), and getting someone to actually fix these things was like pulling teeth. The front desk kept saying “we’ll send someone up” but then… nothing. I actually ended up just dealing with the broken remote for three days because I got tired of following up. And for a place that’s charging 4-star rates, that’s just not acceptable, you know? I’ve stayed in 2-star places with better responsiveness. The cleaning service was also inconsistent – some days great, other days they’d miss obvious things like emptying the trash or replacing towels. It’s frustrating because you can see the potential here, but the execution just isn’t matching up with what they’re promising. If you’re looking at this place, I’d honestly suggest checking out some alternatives first, especially if you’re particular about service quality.
