With a 9.1 rating, it’s clearly doing something very right, and after spending time there, I can see why guests keep raving about it.

What struck me first was how the place manages to feel both polished and genuinely welcoming – not that sterile, over-designed vibe you get at some hotels where you’re afraid to touch anything. The staff actually seems to enjoy working there, which always tells you something about a place. I mean, you can fake a lot of things in hospitality, but you can’t fake that kind of authentic warmth. The check-in process was smooth without feeling rushed, and they had those little touches that show they’re paying attention – like remembering preferences from previous stays and actually having useful local recommendations that go beyond the typical tourist traps.

The rooms themselves hit that sweet spot between comfortable and stylish.   A very clean and cozy apartment, close to the city center. There are all the necessary things: kitchen staff, washing machine, towels ecc. The owner is very kind and friendly.

  The owner was very pleasant and communication was very good. The apartment was nice and clean and everything worked well. The location was very good as it was an easy walk to the old town and quite close to a metro station. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

  A well equipped, clean apartment most suitable for solo/duo travellers in a good, quieter location within the city. Host was easily reachable through texting. As a cat lover, the kitties in the yard made me very happy.

  Отличное жильё👍 Достаточно места, всё удобства,телевизора нет, да собственно нам он был и не нужен.Удобное расположение,всë в шаговой доступности. Приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин, который нас любезно встретил поздно вечером на автостанции, всё объяснил и показал где что находится. Рекомендую. Удачи Вам Коба!!!
