Check-in was smooth and quick, though I’d recommend arriving after 3 PM to avoid any potential room readiness issues. The staff seems to genuinely know the area well – when I asked for restaurant recommendations, I got actual local favorites instead of the usual tourist traps. That 9.2 rating really shows in the details, from the quality of the towels to how well everything just works. It’s the kind of place where you settle in quickly and don’t spend your time thinking about what’s wrong with your room. Instead, you’re just comfortable and can focus on whatever brought you to town in the first place.

  Very close to the airport, we just needed a place to spend the night before traveling to kazbegi so we arrived at night and the service was fast and the room was wonderful, hot water in shower and the place is very clean and new. Breakfast was good. Packing on the street

  the hotel is within easy reach of the airport about 15 minutes by car, there is also a metro station nearby and also a bus station with a direct connection to the airport, which we did not use due to the night transfer. I would recommend staying in the new building, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bed linen smells lovely. The bathroom is spacious, the beds comfortable. Value for money above expectations in your favour.
