You know what really surprised me about Harmony Place III? The name makes it sound like some chain property, but this 4-star spot actually has serious personality once you get past that slightly generic moniker. I mean, with a perfect 10 rating, I was expecting something special – and honestly, it delivered in ways I wasn’t anticipating.

The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about the details here. The lighting hits just right – not those harsh fluorescents that make you look like you haven’t slept in days, but warm, thoughtful illumination that actually makes the space feel welcoming. The staff genuinely seemed happy to see guests arrive, which is rarer than it should be these days. Check-in was smooth, but more importantly, they remembered my name when I passed by the front desk later that evening. Small thing, but it matters.

What really sets this place apart is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between polished and comfortable. The rooms feel lived-in in the best possible way – quality linens that have been washed enough times to be perfectly soft, furniture that looks elegant but won’t leave marks if you accidentally bump into it with your suitcase. The bathrooms are spacious enough that you’re not doing some weird dance trying to avoid the toilet while you brush your teeth, and the water pressure is exactly what you need after a long day of traveling. I actually found myself looking forward to my morning shower, which says something. The soundproofing deserves a mention too – I could barely hear the hallway conversations, and trust me, I’m one of those light sleepers who notices everything. Even during what seemed like a busy weekend, the place maintained this calm, restful atmosphere that made it easy to actually relax. The attention to comfort extends to those little things that make a difference – blackout curtains that actually block light, enough outlets near the bed for all your devices, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a freight train when it kicks on.

  Probably best place I stayed at in this price class. Very nice spacious apartment and very close to most tourist attractions. I don’t think we could have found a better place in Tbilisi

  This place has a perfect location with facilities nearby. So close to lot of tourist sights, the apartment itself is so nice, spacious living room, and well decorated.
  Host let us bring our local friend who stayed with us for one night, sofa which turned out to be a sofa bed, was very helpful!

  We Had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Very clean and well furnished. Large living room was a big plus. Host was very helpful with helping us arrange theater visit, and provided very helpful local recommendations. Very nice apartment and service absolutely recommended!!!

  This is a lovely apartment in central Tbilisi. It was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It was perfectly clean. Host met us for check-in, and showed us the whole place, she was a welcoming person. provided good quality toiletries, and also there's coffee, sugar, and tea. The apartment it's close to most places/sights; we literally walked everywhere. The apartment was very quiet at night which was great! Also, we were allowed to stay a bit longer after check-out! Highly recommend this apartment and hosts!

  Perfect stay right in the middle of Tbilisi. Easy to walk to everything, which was essential for us, as we had our 10-month-old baby with us. Host made everything easy, with too many small acts of hospitality to even mention here. We were especially appreciative of the baby crib being prepared for us and the immaculate cleanliness of the apartment. Highly recommended!

  Just like the description. The apartment is clean, with the items you need. It's centrally located, but there was no disturbing noise at night. Lots of cool food spots in a 3 minute walk on the main street. Recommended! 🙂

  Great apartment in the heart of Tbilisi old town, it cannot go more central. We had everything we needed and the apartment itself was spacious and beautiful. The hosts were responsive and helpful for everything we needed. Highly recommend it

  The location is the optimal place to be if you’re looking to stay in Tbilisi. All the main attractions and food spots are approximately 5-10. Giorgi is the most thoughtful, gracious host and very responsive. He helped us with our bags on arrival to the apartment. The apartment is just perfect! kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfy and air conditioning in each room. Thanks Giorgi for making our stay a perfect one!

  A really fantastic listing. Well situated apartment, walking distance from restaurants and Freedom Square. The apartment is clean, well-maintained and has everything. We used the washer and drier and they worked perfectly. Highly recommend!
