I liked the way the curtains were pulled back, letting in the afternoon light, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, with the kind of memory foam that wakes you up refreshed rather than stiff. The bathroom had a nice shower with a good water pressure, and a few local toiletries—towel textures that felt like a hug. I had the whole evening to myself, but the noise level was surprisingly low; the only sounds were the occasional hum of traffic from the street below and the distant chatter from the café across the road. Parking is a bit of a treasure hunt—you have to ask around for a spot, but there’s a small underground lot right next to the building that’s usually free in the afternoons. I parked my car there and it was safe, though the entrance can get a bit crowded during the tourist season, so it’s worth arriving early if you’re planning to drop off a car.

What really stands out about Guest House Happy Holidays is how it feels like a slice of everyday life in Tbilisi. The staff knows the best spots for you to get a good breakfast—there’s a bakery on Rustaveli Avenue that sells fresh khachapuri, and a tea house on Mtatsminda that offers a view over the city. I spent a morning walking to the Bridge of Peace, and the hotel’s location meant I could get there in just a few minutes on foot. If you’re visiting during the summer, be prepared for a bit of heat in the afternoons, but the balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy a cool drink. In the winter, the building’s insulation is decent, so the room stays warm even when the city is shrouded in a light blanket of snow. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a roof over your head, this is it.   We liked everything since we put our step in the yard. It has very beautiful compact yard and friendly dog.🐕
  
  What could be improved: I gotta be honest, I like medical solid beds so the bed was too soft for me. Maybe many people like it but not me. I like traditional beds.

  I spent 8 nights in this place. This place is located in the old city of Tbilisi in a relatively good locatin. Aramo was cozy and it was very easy to access the supermarket and fruit shop. Access to Avalabari bus station was convenient. The facilities of this house were excellent and everything we needed was available to us. Even metro card and amusement park card were left for us. Thank you dear Sofia. A kind, polite and loving lady. Everything was good and we had a great experience at this place.
  
  What could be improved: Only the bed is a little soft. Maybe it's a bit annoying for people who like hard. And nothing was bad anymore.

  Очень радушная хозяйка, дважды баловала нас выпечкой, что очень приятно.
  Все фото соответствуют действительности. Большая, удобная кровать, все необходимые предметы быта есть – утюг, фен, постельное бельё, полотенца, холодильник, стиральная машинка, кондиционер. С посудой нет проблем, всё нужное есть.
  Месторасположение замечательное – пешком за 10 минут можно дойти до центра города. Рядом метро и пункт обмена валют.
  Спасибо хозяйке за гостеприимство и более чем приемлемую стоимость проживания.
