  An absolutely lovely place, very conveniently located, equipped with everything you might need on holiday. It's very quiet and cozy and yet only a short walk away from most of places of interest! The host is very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this apartment and will be coming back!

  Удобное расположение и очень приятная хозяйка. Встретила в удобное для нас время и проводила. Квартира симпатичная, оформлена со вкусом. Есть все необходимое. Выход во двор на две семьи.

  Хозяйка квартиры Мари- очень приятная, доброжелательная, встретила нас раньше оговоренного времени, мы оставили вещи и пошли гулять. Дом уютный, места достаточно чтоб не сидеть на голове друг у друга, две спальни, гостиная-кухня. В доме красиво! Что для меня очень важно. Есть все из кухонной утвари, даже гриль. Нет только турки, но мы кофеманы не расстроились. Потому что все остальное просто 🔥 Уезжали как от сердца отрывали дом. Сейчас в Батуми очень грустим о этом доме, дочь вспоминает каждый день! Снаружи никогда б сами не зашли, напротив стройка – реконструируют дом, но ее не слышно, ночью тишина абсолютнейшая, утром начинают работу не рано. Квартира у горы, рядом канатка, спуск лестницей из парка Мтцминда. Рядом есть маленький магазинчик. Выход в красивый гулятельный центр прямо вниз по улице. Магти, чтобы оформить симку рядом. Парки, мост стеклянный, река в пешей доступности. Всё супер! Спасибо! Если вернемся, только к вам💚
