  The place is great and there is a lot of space: a very big bedroom, a living room with tv and couches, an inner courtyard with a table and some plants, and then there is an auxiliary building with the kitchen and the bathroom. All the needed facilities are were pretty new and the host stays nearby ready to help you with anything you might need. Location is also good.
  
  I had a very pleasant stay here and it's the perfect place, especially if you are in town for a longer time period.
