Here’s what I love about staying here: you can walk to Rustaveli Avenue in minutes, but you’re also perfectly positioned to explore the old town without dealing with tourist crowds right outside your door. The Mtatsminda district has this wonderful energy — it’s where locals actually live and work, so you get authentic cafes and little shops mixed in with the major attractions. You know what’s really convenient? The cable car to Mtatsminda Park is practically around the corner, and if you’re into that romantic evening stroll thing (couples absolutely adore this place), the views from up there are incredible.

The Accommodation Experience

The rooms live up to that “modern living” promise without feeling sterile or impersonal. Everything’s been thoughtfully designed with clean lines and contemporary furnishings, but they’ve managed to incorporate subtle Georgian touches that remind you where you are. The bathrooms are particularly well done — good water pressure, which honestly can be hit or miss in this part of the world. What I really appreciate is the attention to practical details: proper lighting for reading, enough outlets for your devices, and windows that actually open if you want fresh air instead of AC.

The breakfast setup gives you a solid start to the day, and the staff — well, they actually seem to care about making sure you’re sorted before heading out to explore.   Great host, It was a last minute booking and he had the spot cleaned and ready within hours. He even offered transportation to the airport for 1/3 of the cost a taxi might charge you. Place is not small, well equipped and couldn’t ask for a better location!

  Whole our hospitality went great, we were taken from the airport to the apartment with a very nice Van, arranged by property, on the check-in time we immediately accommodate, even though we arrived at the pleace to early, mattresses were awesome, other comments on the advertisement also approves it, to be honest it was the main reason we’ve booked the apartment.
  Location was top, very central, at the same time very cozy and what we liked the most about the location was that it was very touristy, we met a lot of people from different countries.

They assisted us with recommendations and arranged taxi transport to the airport. The apartment has been equipped with kitchens and bathrooms facilities. I would highly recommend it.

  Thank you so much for our comfortable stay. Cool interior design, everything is there for a comfortable stay and most importantly location is very central, you need around 5 minutes to reach to any tourist place by walk, convenient building with an elevator and nice playground nearby, It is a nice feeling when you know host is always there for you, they wrote to us before our arrival, by adding a small fee they sent a transfer service, who guided us on the way to the apartment and suggested nice places also helped us with a luggage. Overall everything was clarified and organized by a Friendly, thoughtful staff.
