  Nino is an incredible host, utterly kind and charming, the property is so beautifully designed and provided a lovely retreat each day. Location is great and the patios are wonderful for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Lovely to be surrounded by greenery.

  A lovely apartment in a green oasis right by the funicular! The space was very green and quiet, and we liked the proximity to the funicular as we spent some time in Mtatsminda Park with our little one. It was also easy to get around to the places we wanted to visit from there. There was a local lady taking care of the space who didn’t speak much English but was very friendly.
  
  The apartment is comfortable and tastefully furnished, with the plants providing of privacy. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evenings drinking the complimentary bottle of wine provided — many thanks!

  We stayed here for a week and it was very comfortable. It was cozy and clean, and there was everything you’d need in the kitchen. The location was a bit of a walk uphill so those with large suitcases might struggle, but there was huge plus as well because it was located high and away from the main street, therefore very quite at night and great for resting after a long day. Our host Nino was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had, making the self-check in and check out very smooth.
