  Красивый жилой комплекс.
  Бассейн, тренажерный зал, парковка, несколько магазинов прямо в доме.
  Просторная квартира, приятный интерьер.
  Были душевые принадлежности, полотенца, тапки.
  Хозяйка отвечала на все вопросы быстро. Быстрый чекин и чекаут.
  Удобно когда отдыхаете на машине большой семьей: есть 3 полноценные спальни.
  
  What could be improved: На кухне нет микроволновки. В шкафчиках осталась чья-то еда, которая неприятно пахла. В одной из ванн был забитый слив, который пришлось чистить.
  Мало розеток в квартире. Немного уставший ремонт.

  Бассейн в комплексе. ЖК на окраине – удобно выезжать в Батуми.
  
  What could be improved: Квартиру необходимо немного привести в порядок – мелкие детали типа вываливающихся дверных ручек портят впечатление. Хотелось бы микроволновку и побольше посуды. Заселение – отдельная песня. Риэлтор перепутала номера квартиры и дома, совпал только этаж. Заселялись в итоге через службу охраны. Отсутствовали обещанные бутылка вина и бутылка шампанского.

  Grand appartement de 3 chambres( 100 m2) , 2 salles de bain, un salon et un coin cuisine, et le grand plus , accès à 2 grandes piscines , ce qui est vraiment appréciable en été lorsqu’il fait très souvent plus de 30 degrés.
  
  What could be improved: Cet appartement est situé un peu loin du centre ( 12,13 km) au Nord de Tbilissi mais ce n’est pas un problème, les taxis ne sont pas chers et la première station de Métro est à 3 km( taxi ou minibus pour la rejoindre)
