  The apartment is really clean and cozy. Location is good, 5 minutes walking from metro station. Walking distance from the city center(Old Tbilisi). There is 24/7 market right at the location. There is fast wifi and smart TV in the apartment.
  The host is friendly and always communicates in a timely manner. I would be happy to stay here again!

  Location is good. Host is very gentle and speak English. That is the plus point to communicate.
  
  What could be improved: The next day morning water was not there due to some work in progress. We informed host to arrange some water so that we can continue another day with that apartment but he didn't provide. So we left the apartment.
