  Уютная квартира со всем необходимым. Хозяйка заранее уточняла время приезда, была всегда на связи.
  Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Для автомобиля есть парковочное место, что очень важно. Оставили машину на всё время проживания, и обошли все достопримечательности пешком.
  Просидели на балконе всё свободное от прогулок время. Напротив церковь, интересный перекрёсток, интересные жители района – разборки, драмы, экшн. Было увлекательно 🙂

  Очень понравилось местоположение, рядом с центром, много хороших заведений с вкусной едой, недорогих магазинов. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания: посуда, приборы, постельное, полотенца, кондиционер работает отлично и не шумит, холодильник небольшой, но у нас все помещалось. Телевизор хорошо работает. Удобная ванная комната. Соседи тихие.

  отдыхали семьей. доброжелательная хозяйка заселила раньше договоренного времени. за что отдельное спасибо. все необходимое в квартире есть. кондиционер спасал в жаркую погоду. несколько магазинов на первом этаже. кафешки, парки, набережная все в шаговой доступности.

  Отдыхали три ночи в феврале с семьей. Главным критерием было расположение и возможность разместить 5 человек (2 взрослых, 3 детей), а это серьезный вызов для многих объектов. По этим критериям ожидания превзойдены. Вид из окна на 20 баллов – на фото, но оно не передает: церковь, река, город (20 нельзя поставить, поэтому добавил к некоторым другим пунктам). Даже из окна подъезда интересно смотреть: крыши, балконы, белье натянуто – всё аутентично. По спальным местам тоже удивительно: разместились все и можно было еще одного человека положить. В квартире очень удачно организовано пространство. Кухня небольшая, но мы спокойно готовили полноценные ужины. Посуды прямо много, больше, чем в доме, который мы арендовали на море. Вайфай отличный, но с интернетом в Грузии везде хорошо. В квартире тепло, мы даже прикручивали батареи и проветривали. А вот в подъезде зимой холодно, то есть улица начинается почти что за дверью, но это не проблема. Лифт платный, 5 тетри (нам отсыпала пригоршню хозяйка). В доме магазин Spar, который работает допоздна (ми приехали чуть ли не в 23-00 и там закупились), днем открывается еще один супермаркет, есть аптека, палатка с курами, на торце развал овощей и фруктов, через дорогу у церкви местная выпечка и еще магазинчики. Везде ходили пешком: до проспекта Руставели минут 10-15, до фуникулера к ботаническому саду и статуе Мамы Грузии 20 минут (мы шли не низом по набережной, а верхом вдоль автотрассы – там по отвесной стене много водопадов – дети были в восторге). Прямо у дома небольшая детская и спортивная площадка. На детской качели и горка.
  
  What could be improved: Вилка роутера качалась в розетке, иногда отходила, если дети толкнут, но это мелочи.

  What could be improved: After 9 times in Georgia, this is the worst place and host I have had. Everything is dusty, old, worn out, broken. Horrible stench of cigarettes(I'm allergic, and got a sore throat after 15 minutes). But the worst part is the owner who was the most unwelcoming host I have encountered. I needed to get my computer from a friend; not only she didn't let my friend wait for me, she even refused to let him leave the computer; so at 2am after a 26h flight I had to spend more time to get it. Why? I have no idea, just pure malice and nothing else.
  
  Georgia is such a beautiful country with welcoming people; don't ruin your impression of the country by staying at this place.

  Отличная просторная квартирка. Недалеко от старого города, мы везде практически ходили пешком. В квартире чисто, есть постельное бельё и полотенца, вайфай хороший. Хозяйка приятная)
