Parking is a bit of a hunt—there’s a small paid lot right behind the building, but you can also find street parking if you’re willing to walk a few blocks. I mean, the city is still quite walkable, and the nearest public transport stop is about a five‑minute stroll away, which is a lifesaver if you’re dropping off a suitcase.

  This apartment is complete with everything you can think of.Not smart TV,ordinary TV where you can watch real live channels.

  I used to stay in this place only for one day and Its Super cozy, clean, and practical apartment and Well-equipped for a long stay in the center of Tbilisi.
  The host was super attentive and answered all questions without delay.
  It has a great location and you can easly reach Public transport and fast food spots nearby, which makes this place more comfortable.

  Отличная, огромная квартира (очень большая гостиная, две ванные, спальня, столовая, кухня), чисто, красиво, все в рабочем состоянии, хозяин позаботился обо всех мелочах, которые могут пригодиться (вплоть до новых мочалок и одноразовых тапочек, монеток для лифта), балкон с красивым видом на гору и парк. У нас было очень позднее заселение и ранний выезд, хозяин без вопросов пошел навстречу, очень оперативно отвечал, всегда был на связи.
  До метро минут 15, до автобусной остановки 7-10, до станции Руставели полчаса пешком. Рядом миллион магазинчиков, карфур, никора до 02.00 ночи, маленькие магазины с овощами, хлебом и т.д.
  Один из лучших опытов съема квартиры, большое спасибо, вспоминаем с теплотой время в Тбилиси.
  
  Wonderful, giant and clean apartment that has everything that you can ever need. Nice neighbourhood with a hundred of different shops around, bus and metro station in 10-15 min, 30 min walking to Rustaveli station, great view from the balcony. The owner was very kind and responsive and provided everything. Thank you, we loved our stay there!!

  Квартира очень комфортная, чистая и красивая. Кондиционер, два туалета,душ,ванна,балкон.,удобные постели,все очень понравилось. Потребовалоcь срочно поменять жилье, даже не ожидали,что такая приличная квартира попадется. Если придется приехать в Грузию еще,буду звонить именно им. Спасибо большое.
