  Здесь уютно и это панельный хороший дом, не частный! В шаговой доступности много кафе, парк, магазины! Очень удобно, есть кондиционер, телевизор, кухонные приборы и утварь для готовки. Матрас довольно удобный, есть стиральная машина, газовая плита.
